Former Georgia Closing Attorney Sentenced to Prison in Multimillion Dollar Mortgage Fraud

Batten, Sr. to serve one year, nine months in federal prison on a mail fraud charge involving a mortgage fraud scheme which victimized lenders and title insurance companies.
