His business is education not books and cds. He wants to educate people and he loves it. He doesn’t do real estate anymore and he still have some investments in stocks. I met the guy in Salt lake city, Utah, so i had the chance to chat with him. I been doing real estate since i was 20 and the stuff he teaches are the things I have been successful at.

Ofcourse everyone in that audience is broke lol. That’s why they went to learn about investing n shit. Real Estate is tricky unless you do it right, so is the stock market. Commodities are cool, but it looks like you’re doing well in that market. It is easy to make money in this world, especially America. I mean, there are libraries in towns and cities which is a beautiful thing because i have NO intentions of buying an investment book, i rather read it for free =D. Not to mention FREE seminars

Multi-Family real estate, if you invested in it is still worth a crapload because all those single-family homes have foreclosed, and people have to rent. So, buy a 10-plex, and your building’s worth is based on the net operating income, not the up-and-down single-family house and condo market.

I guarantee you everyone in that audience is broke now from leveraged real estate deals. What a bunch of shleps. I bought oil at that time, sold it at 120 a barrell, now im just buying oil again hand over fist in the 30′s. I hope it goes to the teens so I can buy a boatload more then unload it when its popular again in 10 years. People are so dumb. Its so easy to make money in this world its not even funny.

This perpetuated myth that china holds all our debt in the form of tbills is such a misnomer, Japan leads China in tbills held, and US investors including banks by far own the most of our US federal debt, yet he exclaims, “most people are ignorant of economics.”

Can I start the Church of Kiyosaki? Seriously, his sage advice has inspired a life altering change in me. I say this because my brother thinks I’m in a cult. I’m a bit late, but I’m busy building my financial arc and trying to break down the repressive middle class mindset ingrained in my family. Thank goodness my husband is on board with the plan. It’s my brother who I worry about most about.

Kiyosaki is such a pimp… especially towards White women.

Financial education is important!
Even though I do not invest in real estate as Robert Kiyosaki recommends I invest in physical gold and silver coins and I am also learning to trade FOREX.
Precious metals and FOREX are the investment vehicles that suits my personality.
But what’s important is financial education!

Robert is the real deal. His philosophies about money has changed many people’s lives. Those who take in the way his work challenges the human paradigm can really make a big difference in their financial & personal life. Through my own experience it’s true. The man is a pimp in this video! haha.

I think his teachings are a great asset for society. Many of us do not teach our children because we do not how to start. This game promotes understanding for not only adults but young minds. I know that you might not agree with everything he says, and that’s fine, but you have to give him credit for starting a game that teaches issues that many people do now how to start teaching their kid when their are little.
